WONDERWATER CAFE LONDON 12 – 23 SEPTEMBER
Wonderwater Cafe will arrive at Leila’s Shop in Shoreditch during London Design Festival. Leila McAlister’s responsibly sourced and seasonal menu will be utilized to illustrate how much water it takes to produce our favorite foods, and highlight the importance of considering water consumption when making culinary decisions.
How much water does it take to produce Leila’s delicious eggs and fresh coffee? Come along to find out.
